Taittinger frigiver ny Comtes de Champagne

Taittinger er nu klar ny årgang af Comtes de Champagne, som høster høje point blandt vinanmeldere.

Taittinger har nu frigivet nyeste årgang af deres Comtes de Champagne. Vintage 2013 er lavet på 100% Chardonnay fra områderne Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger & Oger. Den er degorgeret i April 2023, og har fået en dosage på 9 g/l.

Indtil videre er Comtes de Champagne 2013 blevet rost af vinanmelder verden over, og både Antonio Galloni og James Suckling giver den 98 point.

“The 2013 Comtes de Champagne captures all the pedigree of this great vintage in its energy, depth and vibrancy. Lemon confit, dried flowers, chamomile, spice and crushed rocks all race across the palate. Passionfruit, ginger, marzipan and mint appear later, filling out the layers beautifully. Harvest took place in October in what has become the exception rather than the norm in Champagne"

Comtes de Champagne er endnu ikke kommet i butikkerne i Danmark, men kan købes hos udenlandske webshops. Prisen ligger omkring 1500 kr.
